Our Classroom

Here is where we get books. Miss Crowley has lots of books for us to pick. There are so many to choose from. -Parrot and Cat

This is our learning target. It is where we learn new things. It is where we put our magnets and we put them on the target, if we can do it. -Dog and Tiger

This is our behavior chart. The behavior chart shows the children what behavior they are on. You start on green and if you break one of the class rules, you go to yellow. If you break another rule, you go to orange. If you break another rule, you go to red. Red is really bad because you get note sent to your mom or dad. If you are good good, you can move back down. But red, you have to stay red. -Lion and Penguin

This is the table that we use to turn in our papers on. We have to highlight our name before we put it in the basket. This is also where if we break our pencil, we can get a new pencil. -King Kong and Baby Pig

This is where we put our exit cards when we are done with them. When Miss Crowley wants to see if we understand, she gives us a post it card. We stick them on our exit board on our number. -Humming Bird and Python

This is where we put our vocab words when we learn them.  We get a new word each day. We say the word in a sentence and learn the definition.  -Python and Leopard

This is where the cool chart is. Each week we spin it for new jobs. Then we do the jobs. -Cobra and Snake

This is the prayer table. There are two clear glass cups. That is where we put our special prayers. At the end of the day Miss Crowley makes sure to prayer extra special for all our prayers. -Elephant and Swan

These are our boxes. This is where we get our art supplies to do art projects. Each person has a box with their number. -Cheetah

These are our lunch sticks. When we come in we put our sticks in the bucket to show Miss Crowley what we want for lunch. The Notre Dame cup is for when we brought our lunch from home. Miss Crowley loves Notre Dame. -Penguin

These passes are for if we have to go to the bathroom. So Miss Crowley will know, if we are somewhere. -Butterfly and Roly Poly

This is where the Apostles of the week hang their special books. An Apostle of the week is Miss Crowley's personal helpers. They also get to wear a cool cross necklace. -Bunny

This is the birthday chart. We see when its our friends have their birthdays. On our birthday we get to stand on our chair and the class sings happy birthday. We get a birthday sticker and we get to wear free dress. -Cobra and Snake

These are our brain break sticks. When we work hard, we get to play a short game or do fun stretching songs. -Spider and Grizzly Bear

These our class marbles. Miss Crowley put marbles in when we are acting good, kind or helpful to her or our friends. If we fill the whole jar up, we get a prize like a movie, or extra recess. -Leopard and Rhino

This is Miss Crowley's desk. On her desk there is a little jar of candy. Where if we are on green for the whole week, we get to choose a piece of candy or a small prize from the treasure box. This is also where she keeps all her things to teach us. She has a picture of herself when she was in Second Grade. She was adorable. -Giraffe and Horse

We have class rules. They are is exactly six of them. We helped Miss Crowley make them. If we break a rule, we change our card. -Rhino

This is our Spelling Board. We look up there to see our spelling words of the week. On this board we also can see the our student expectations. -Hamster and Cheetah

Our Minion Board is to welcome all the students. Some minions have one eye and some minions have two. Each minion has a student's name on it. Miss Crowley will change this board during the year. -Kitten and Bunny
