First Communion Mass

Last Wednesday, we had a Communion Mass. We had to wear our First Communion suits and dresses and we had to do the "Here I am to worship" song in two different languages. After we finished the mass, there was a big party. By: Rhino

Learning sign language was very hard but fun. There are so many different signs. We had to learn all the signs for the song, "Here I am to worship." We got to stand on the alter and sing it to the whole entire school except for the 8th graders who were gone. We got to wear our First Communion clothes, but afterwards we had to change back into our school clothes. By: Parrot

We said the words in two languages at the same time. It was hard to learn, but lots of fun. My favorite part of the song was when we signed, "King of all days" during the second verse. It was fun to make a K with my fingers. By: Penguin
